I checked the company record and there is no record of wiikea registration. I could be that the system did not allow for the registration. It could be because of some other reasons.

I can tell you that it was started around 2021 when I was running my age reversal verification. It was a sole trader as well and it is unlikely that I didn’t register the business for gst because it never made a dollar (Wiikea never made a dollar). I have also checked the company register and it shows nothing, no date of operation. There were never any taxation claim on the company, consistent with ird not seeing any record or taxation filed. Plus, you will only be required by law to file a tax return, if the business qualifies as a GST business. A child selling lemonade drink for 20 cents on the side of the road is never required to file a tax return with inland revenue. I do believe that you need to seek professional legal advice in this matter. Once again, my understanding of this whole situation is that Wiikea education is not required by law to file a tax return. Did call the kids selling lemonade and bags of apples on the side of the road to file taxation on their sale. Else, you need to give us a gst number for the business transactions. This is what we were taught at the school of economics at the University of Auckland. I can’t file taxation for a business that lost $50,000 or $100,000 in a website designed when it does not have a gst number. Can I, I can’t even remember. What is the year this year? Is it 2024? Wiikea Education is now the Ekoti School of Scholar. Here is the thing, if I was required by law to file a tax return for Wiikea Education back in 2020 or 2021 when it was in operation. Then you just need to check the records because it would have been filed that year. The companies that I registered back then have no record. Dual fairness, I have no paperwork for wiikea. Even if I file it this year, it will be inaccurate. If you accept inaccurate information or to the best of my memory information then let me know. And I will file a tax return for Wiikea, to the best of what I can remember.

Why do you require us to file a tax return when you don't define what we do as a business? It is not a business right, hence why we don't qualify to get a tax number. A tax number will allow for us to get our services paid through work and income and other government funding, but because inland revenue does not accept our business as a business. We don't get gst numbers. Now you require us to fill a tax return when we don't have a business tax number. What we do is not a business activity in accordance to the law as per policy of inland revenue. My professional analysis of the inland revenue policy when put in the inclusion of government funding and business banking. It fits corruption. Please reassess the law from the legislation again, not just the inland revenue policy. You need to look at the purpose of the legislation. It cannot be incompetence because you are all highly educated unless the education system is corrupt as well. What I see here is corruption and email will go on the criminology website.
