Kota tohotoho: The crime of professionally turning a person to a child rapist, or child sexual assalt.
Technique: Using the butt or tungaiku or front genital to link an old person to the young person.
The natural placement of a person is to like people from their own age
The second natural placement is to like younger people that are at legal age
Kota tohotoho uses people that are of similar age and together with children. The ass of the older person is shown to mark first. The line of sight of the mark is calculated by these people. This presumes a like, or an invoking of the sensation or perceptual of sex. The little child is then place around the person so that the invoked sensation spills over and connect with this underage child. The child is sometimes made to wear revealing clothes such a tights or skin fit clothings. This scene gets repeated over and over again.
A bigger network will work out some strategies around this, one technique that has been identified is the claim of a challenge. They then run the strategy until the person fails. Sometimes they claim that even nothing will ever happen. But when it happens, the victim is then charged and extorted using their criminal lawyers and judges in the court system.

The freedom to wear clothes naturally settles into the tolerable equilibrium of the person. The organised addition of visuals becomes the extra that burst the tolerance of normal people and turn them into a child rapist. These organised crime networks can be doing this 5 to 10 years until the person burst. The person is innocent, the crime is therefore inherited by the criminal network.
