The evidence I can see on the ground shows that a complex network of professional uses many things that does not appear to be bad enough to be illegal. These things are used in high numbers to keep on adding and adding up and eventually, the value of fear burst the bubble and the bubble burst leaving the person is fear and shock. It is done this way as identified so that the terror terrorists don't cross the line. It is also done this way so that they cannot be detected.
